ABLE United Summer 2017 Sweepstakes

This post is sponsored by ABLE United and Bloggin Mamas, but opinions are all mine.

If you are a parent of a special needs child, then this is something that you will really want to read. Thanks to the ABLE Act (Achieving a Better Life Experience) being passed last year, it is now possible for people with disabilities to be able to save for their future without the worry of losing their government assistance. As a mother of a severely autistic child, I know I am not alone when it comes down to worrying about our kids future. ABLE United has made saving worry free with their online program. The set-up is simple and takes just 15 minutes and your account is ready to go!

So, exactly who is eligible?
You must be a Florida Resident and have a qualifying disability with onset before the age of 26 years old .

I love how it allows my son to be the owner of the account, but at the same time a parent or guardian, can oversee the account if we choose to. It makes Tre feel very responsible. You are allowed to save up to $14,000 per year tax free. ABLE United also gives freinds and family members the chance to contribute financially to help towards their loved one’s future.

Mission Statement:

~~To encourage and assist the saving of private funds to help persons with disabilities cover costs that support their health, independence and quality of life.~~
